Doctor BiosFrank Cobarrubia, DPM 
Frank Cobarrubia, DPM attended podiatry school in San Francisco and
completed his surgical training in Miami. After residency he moved
to Washington State where he practiced for seven years. He sold the
entire practice with satellite offices in 2001 and traveled to Nepal,
Thailand, and in Vietnam to perform volunteer surgery. He attempts
to make annual trips to developing counties to do more volunteer
work.He began practicing in Bend in 2001 under the business name of Ortho Pod, Inc until the 2006 merger with Drs. Chotechuang and Wilhelm. Dr. Cobarrubia is a board certified surgeon and specializes in reconstructive foot surgery. Frank Cobarrubia, DPM is certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery  Frank Cobarrubia has been a member of the USAT and COMA since 2003.
